After a long analysis we can say that it is an analog device, there is no digital component and the circuit consists of discrete passive and active elements. So we need to design it in a single chip, it may be analog in nature, i.e. it may be an analog IC. For better performance we have to incorporate all components within a single chip. Then it would be more useful, will consume less power & would be more handy to use. There is another thing that is digitalization. Now it is an era of digital technology. So we have to convert this circuit into its digital counterpart. All the components should be digital; oscillator, modulator & amplifier should be digital in nature. So we are trying to develop a digital noise maker circuit for less power consumption, more accuracy and high performance.
